I called Ventura Web Design because the last company I worked with seemed great and then never contacted me back and turned out to be completely unprofessional. The first time I called Ventura Web Design, they were friendly and helpful. I'm still working with them on my website, and they contact me often to inform me of the progress. They've created a wonderful business relationship and I couldn't be more happy!
